Let's say you purchase a $250,000 home:

When a property is listed for sale the Agent and Seller agree on a commission (often 6%). When another Agent brings a buyer this commission is split between the Seller & Buyer Agents.

"But wait! I thought the Seller paid the commissions?"

NOPE

This is a common thought but not a complete picture.

Regardless of you using an agent, if you buy a house that is listed by a brokerage there are fees involved.

These fees are built into the sales price, which means you finance those fees if you take out a loan.

We want to do better for homebuyers. Instead of keeping 100% of our commission we'll split it with you up to 50/50!
